Empowering people to overcome obstacles and live a life full of vitality is my jam.
I was a Physical Therapist Assistant for 7 years, but got discouraged addressing just one symptom at a time. The body is a highly complex, integrated system. I wanted to help people find a holistic solution to overcome their limitations for good.
After years of chronic back pain and a repetitive stress injury in my right hip, I tried all kinds of different approaches. I was a therapist … I knew all the exercises and what to do. They worked for a while, but the pain always returned. That’s when I found Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® (ABM™), which transformed my body and my life. Within a few sessions, my pain was gone—and I knew how I could help others.
I’m now a certified ABM Student Practitioner in Training. I work with clients of all ages to relieve pain, increase vitality, and improve performance. I also create customized solutions for people with conditions like Parkinson’s Disease and Osteopenia/Osteoporosis. The 9 Essentials of NeuroMovement are at the heart of what I teach. They’ve changed my life, and I know they’ll change yours, too.

The mechanical approach to the human body tells us we need to work harder, longer, and faster to improve. In fact, the opposite is true. For true transformation, you need slow. Gentle. Movement with attention. Imagination and play.

How It Works
We don’t organize around problems—we organize around possibilities.
You’ll use movement (the language of the brain) to form new connections and patterns that are truly transformative. Your brain can change your body at any age—I’ll show you how.
We’ll start with a 20-minute discovery call. You’ll tell me what’s going on with your body, and I’ll tell you how I can help.
Then, you’ll pick a session type:
I offer in-person coaching sessions to clients in Bucks and Mercer Counties. Sessions last 45-50 minutes.
Choose your location:
- FUSE Fitness and Performance, 2817 Brunswick Avenue, Lawrenceville, NJ. FUSE is a large, spacious facility.
- Sessions can also be done at your home, indoors or outdoors (weather-permitting)
